Located on the second floor (elevator available), the Derby apartment (*****) is an elegant and modern apartment for up to 5 people. It features a master bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunkbed and 1 single bed, both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (rainfall shower, WC, sink, hairdryer).
The apartment has an open kitchen with dining area, cozy living room with flatscreen-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set and raclette oven. Panoramic views from the private south-west facing balcony and wireless internet is available.
The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Private and heated ski storage facility is available in the building. Laundry room with washer and dryer is available in the building.
Summer ski teams are NOT accepted in this apartment. We will cancel any booking of a ski team.
For all bookings during summer season; ALL the cables cars and buses in Saas Fee, Saas Almagell and Saas Grund are included in the rental rate (Excludes Metro Alpin and summer skiing).
Tourist taxes are NOT included in rate:
CHF 4.50/2.25 per Adult/Child per night in winter season
CHF 7.00/3.50 per Adult/Child per night in summer season
Tourist taxes are to be paid on arrival in cash only!
