Packing: We strongly recommend packing your belongings in big wheeled luggage and avoid bringing small items. Many of the apartments and chalets are not directly accessible with the electric-cars.
Road: Please check the road conditions before departure on the site www.rro.ch/cms/index.php?page=verkehr to avoid road closures.
Train: If you arrive by public transport, please find the train/bus schedules and rates here: www.sbb.ch
Ski school: If you stay with us during school holiday period, make sure to book the ski school in advance to secure a spot. We have 3 ski schools in Saas-Fee:

Shopping: During high season, supermarkets are open daily until 18:30. If you arrive late, we recommend to bring some food with you, as the apartments are entirely self-catered.
Saas-Fee is a car-free resort. Paid parking for your car is available in the garage at the entrance of the village. Upon arrival on Saas Fee Parking, unload your luggage in terminal A or B. Luggage: Regarding luggage transport from your car or bus station to your apartment, the following options are available:
- Pick-up a hand-trolley (free of charge) at the Tourist Office. Most apartments lie within walking distance of 10-20 minutes.
- Call an electric taxi which can be requested at the tourist office or the information stand (by telephone: Taxi Bolero 027 957 70 20 or Taxi Edelweiss 077 443 73 32.)
- Our apartment agency offers electric taxis for a charge, which can also be ordered by telephone upon arrival (from the telephone in the car park). Especially on Saturdays during high season, longer waiting hours need to be expected. If possible park your car on the parking lot 1 which is closest to the hotel Allalin. If you park in the garage unload your luggage at terminal A or B and remember your parking lot and terminal number.
Check in / out
The keys of your chalet/apartment can be collected at Allalin Apartments located at the front desk of the Hotel Allalin, Lomattenstr. 7 (Grid N/5 — Nr. 35; on the village map) from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you arrive later than 9 p.m. and we will deposit your apartment key in our key box.
You are expected to check out of the apartment and hand back the keys to the reception of the Hotel Allalin before 10 a.m. on your departure day (opening times of the reception is daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Should you leave before 8 a.m., please drop your key into the mail box at the entrance door of the hotel. Lost or not-returned keys will be billed.
Please report any damages or breakages either found or caused by yourselves within the first 24 h of arrival.
The kitchen must be left properly cleaned before your departure, this includes dishes, stove, oven (incl. Tray) and refrigerator.
Rubbish bags (only use the official orange bags please!) are to be deposited in the nearest „rubbish hut“. Additional bags are at your disposal at the front desk of the Hotel Allalin.
Please also remove the bed sheets and leave them on the table together with the bath and kitchen towels.
We ask you to not take skis and boots into the apartments but to leave them in the designated ski room of your apartment building or chalet.
Please settle your bill (if there is an outstanding amount) 3 days before your departure at the reception of the Hotel Allalin.
